EASTER EDUCATION FOR THE OUTLAW AT BRANDS HATCH
Mason Law holds tenth place in the Pirelli National 1000cc Superstock Championship after solid finishes [13th and 11th] during round two on the Brands Hatch Indy circuit over the Easter weekend with his Stauff Connect Academy Kawasaki team.
The series rookie improved his grid position from race one to race two, making up places in both outings as he continues his sharp learning curve in the hugely competitive 1000cc Superstock class aboard his GR Motosport prepared ZX-10RR.
“I’m obviously disappointed with the results but not overly unhappy with the weekend as we made a set-up discovery for morning warm-up and it helped massively in both races. Brands Indy is a tough place to make up places, so seventh and fifth row starts were also going to make things difficult – but what we have learned this weekend can only help us with my Stauff Connect Academy Kawasaki at Oulton Park next week for the test and also for round three,
“I’m really enjoying riding in the class and the ZX-10RR is an absolute rocket-ship. I’ve settled into the GR Motosport team really well and am now looking forward to the rest of the season with them. I believe we have top six pace already this season, now we need to qualify well at Oulton so we can show it.”
